The Learning and Skills Academy CIC take pride in assisting individuals in accessing funded and supported training programs throughout the UK.

Our collaborations with government-funded organisations, charities, and employment support services—including Jobcentre Plus, as well as prison and probation services—enable us to help individuals acquire practical skills and enhance their employability.

Through these partnerships, we provide safe and compliant forklift and workplace training to those who are:

- Returning to work

- Transitioning careers

- Recently released from custody

- Aiming to improve their job prospects

- Learning new skills to enter the logistics sector

While we do not directly provide funding, we are proud to contribute to funded and supported programs that enhance training accessibility for those who need it the most.

How funded training works

If you are collaborating with:

- Jobcentre work coaches

- Probation officers

- Rehabilitation or resettlement services

- Charitable employment programmes

- Local authority employment support teams

You might qualify for funded forklift or workplace training via your support provider.

In most instances:

- Your advisor verifies your eligibility for training

- Funding is coordinated through their programme

- We provide hands-on, compliant training at one of our centres or a mutually agreed location

- You undergo assessment and receive certification

We ensure a transparent and straightforward process for both learners and referral organisations.
